Let's not waste a perfectly good crisis in higher education!

I recently uploaded to my "About" page a draft outline/document describing today's global learning productivity crisis. The draft summarizes "learning productivity" and why it is at at crisis stage that is being exacerbated by the global recession. The summary goes on to explain how and why IT-enabled service redesigns and innovations are key to increasing learning productivity.
